I’ve come a long way in how I see myself!  Way back in my WW days the number was everything! I think it may be because that is how they function: it is based on weight loss and numbers like goal weight.If it weren’t I am sure they would be out of business…..

Right now I am the lightest I have been in years and realistically I am the healthiest as well. I am not focusing on the size of my clothes or the number on my scale.  The numbers I focus on these days? My heart rate, how far/fast can I walk, the weight I can lift before my muscles are tired.  These are the better reflection of my health, not the number on the scale.
